The role of a Telstra Sales Specialist is a sales and customer service role. You will be required to understand our local customer’s technology needs, confidently selling our full suite of Telstra products and services to small and medium size business customers face to face and over the phone. You will spend your day interacting with customers, providing world class service and enriching their lives and businesses with our fantastic products and offers.
You will need to possess an energetic attitude where finding positive solutions for customers is part of your DNA. You will be enthusiastic, driven and self motivated. You are excited by technology, love talking to people and enjoy learning in a fast paced environment. Experience working towards targets is desirable as is previous experience in a sales and customer service role. You are resilient and enjoy being part of a team who delivers brilliant results.
Total reward earnings range from $60,000 - $80,000 p.a.
